"The water park was really good and had a variety of different rides / slides and different areas although if your under 1.2 there's only one big slide you can ride but there's multiple smaller bits a pirate ship with some small slides and a baby area ."

The pools had great maintenance.. there were hardly any waits for the numerous slides. our family queen room was spotlessly clean and had air conditioning. food selection suited everyone with so much choice and variety. It changed most days.
the gym was equipped, but it would be even better with a wider range of machines.

the main buffet restaurant did not offer enough variety. i felt the selection became repetitive after a few days. more diverse options would improve the dining experience.

I loved the very comfy and tidy rooms. the food was amazing!!! there were heaps of varieties every night, which i really appreciated. the staff was friendly and helpful. Waleed in the buffet and mohamed at reception were standouts. zahraa from customer service always greeted us with a smile, willing to help!!!

the resort provided taxis directly on site. concierge services were easily accessible. i found lydia at reception especially helpful. she greeted my wife and me warmly and catered to our needs throughout the visit.
i noticed the variety of mocktails was somewhat limited. i ended up suggesting drink combinations myself. the staff did accommodate, but more non-alcoholic options would be a great addition.

overcrowded water parkunfriendly lifeguards
I was pretty excited about the water park, but it was more crowded than fun. they let in outside guests, a huge mistake in my opinion, so the lines were long. the lifeguards were not exactly friendly either. They seemed stressed and just barked orders. also, the main restaurant was a zoo, especially during dinner. getting a clean table seemed like a competitive sport. it really took away from enjoying the meal.
